ELECTRIC MOBILITY

Since 2018, parts of our vehicle fleet have been electric cars, which emit no CO2 emissions during operation and therefore improve air quality and combat climate change. They are more energy-efficient than combustion engines and reduce overall energy consumption. Overall, electric cars are a significant step towards sustainable mobility, especially in more rural regions. Our employees can also charge their electric vehicles thanks to the charging stations installed. The electricity comes from our photovoltaic system installed on the roof and powered by solar energy.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

Since 2024, we have also had a photovoltaic system on our roof in order to be able to produce our increased energy consumption sustainably using sunlight. Photovoltaic systems promote sustainability by converting sunlight into clean, renewable energy and thus reducing dependence on fossil fuels. They help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, photovoltaic systems require little maintenance and have a long service life, making them a cost-effective solution. Overall, they make an important contribution to sustainable energy supply and environmental protection.
