Agritechnica 2017 in Hannover

The CLAAS stand , which covers more than 5000m², in Hall 13, was a welcome challenge. We are pleased that after the last Agritechnica we were allowed to work together with CLAAS on the new conception of the trade fair design and were able to present this concept successfully already at the beginning of the year at the SIMA in Paris and now at the Agritechnica.

Significant changes were made to the design, but also in the implementation and technology used:

  • The design, previously dominated by system construction and glass surfaces, was replaced by anthracite-colored walls in the area of the exterior walls and fabric-covered walls in the interior, which allow the still existing system construction to recede into the background. The newly designed ceiling system also supports this impression.
  • In addition to the fabric walls, glass walls and sliding glass doors give the integrated office spaces a new sense of lightness and openness.
  • The new design is continued extra in office furniture specially designed for CLAAS.
  • The good 60 running meters of counters were also designed from scratch and adapted to the design of the rest of the stand. They are modular in design and can thus be assembled according to requirements. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a pure information counter or elements with dispensers, coffee machines, dishwashers or other fixtures.
  • In addition to the changes already mentioned, the lighting in the exhibition stand was also completely converted to dimmable LED lighting.

Part of the conventional illumination of the machines was also realized for the first time with LED spotlights

Other highlights at the booth included:

  • A 9m x 3.75m LED wall above the central information desk
  • The “EASY – Get Connected.” Lounge. This 9m x 6m lounge was equipped with a 5m x 1,3m touch display as well as an elaborate interactive iPad solution and conveys the topic “Electronics and Data Acquisition in Agriculture” to the visitor in an appealing way. In addition to the pure technical installation, conception and software were completely designed and executed by Media Spectrum.

Beyond concept and design, planning as well as implementation and construction in the areas of exhibition stand construction, rigging, trussing, Lighting, sound system, video technology and media technology were carried out by us. We are proud that we were able to take this big step together with and for CLAAS as a full-service provider and look forward to further challenges and interesting projects with CLAAS in the future.
