Normally, many trade visitors, speakers and employees flock to the annual Open House event on the company premises of Janssen Cilag in Neuss.
Due to a renewed lockdown light in November 2020, the event was modified into a digital highlight. With a lot of creativity and innovation, the agencies face to face and onliveline conceived a great digital event concept on the topic of Corona and the future of the healthcare system, which offered plenty of space for discussions, exchange and talks.
As a technical full-service provider, MEDIA SPECTRUM implemented all technical aspects.
The experts from MEDIA SPECTRUM used professional event technology to set up a total of five different and individually designed film locations.
The special feature of this concept was that the moderator was alone on the entire company premises during the event and guided the virtually connected visitors through the entire digital open house. Whether it was a technical lecture, a discussion round or a workshop – everyone was connected live via Zoom or VMix.
A particular challenge from a technical point of view was to set up the entire fibre optic and network structure across the entire and extensive company premises and to bridge long distances without interference.
It was also necessary to install the infrastructure in the area of camera and control technology at a total of five filming locations in the indoor and outdoor area and to operate them during the event.
