As Audio Spectrum already offered a wide range of services in the areas of lighting, sound reinforcement, stage construction and media technology, the decision was finally made to change the company name to “Media Spectrum” in 1986. 5 years after the company was founded, CLAAS, a customer that has remained loyal to us to this day, played a key role. As CLAAS was looking for a full-service provider who could also realise trade fair construction for them, the company founded a new business division in order to fully meet the comprehensive and demanding requirements.

This rapid period also saw the first change of location, when Media Spectrum moved from Mülheim an der Ruhr to Duisburg – from a garage to a proper warehouse.
