40 Years of Media Spectrum 2000 - Move to Otto-Brenner-Straße 2 and investment in the company's own stock of materials

The third and final move to the current location at Otto-Brenner-Straße 2 took place at the turn of the millennium.
The reason for this move was not only the need for more space. The location of the building, which was located next door, was also favourable. The immediate neighbourhood made the relocation process considerably easier and enabled an efficient move to the new premises.

In 2000, Media Spectrum also made its largest investment to date in the field of lighting technology. For a major project at the DRUPA trade fair organised by the mechanical engineering company Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, several hundred stepped lens spotlights, ETC Source 4 PAR and ETC Source 4 profile spotlights and CP spots as well as the necessary dimmer and load cable peripherals were purchased, increasing the rental stock by around 3,000 items of new lamp equipment. As a service provider for trussing and lighting technology, the project involved equipping a total area of around 30,000 square metres in two exhibition halls and a large pavilion in the outdoor area of Messe Düsseldorf.
