Fixed installation - media technology at Stadtwerke Meerbusch Willich

As part of the construction of the new office building for Stadtwerke Meerbusch Willich, we were commissioned to plan and install a modern room-controlled media technology system in several rooms.
On site, the committee room was equipped with comprehensive AV technology. This includes an impressive rollable 132″ single LED screen, which can be seamlessly connected to the customer’s own end devices via Clickshare, Airserver or cable-based media control. In addition, a line speaker system with a ceiling microphone array was installed to ensure first-class audio quality. The room is rounded off by two independent PTZ camera systems, which provide flexible recording options in a hybrid meeting scenario.
The integration of a comprehensive sound system for clear voice reproduction and background music in presentation mode was central to the installation in the casino and boardroom. The heart of the entire installed AV system is the fully integrated wall control with touchscreen. In addition to controlling the Shure double UHF system, this also enables flexible adjustment of all other systems and room parameters according to requirements.

The flexible design of the two rooms, including a removable glass wall, makes it possible to combine them into one large event space. Thanks to the compatibility of the sound systems in both rooms, the operator has all the options for a larger event setup.
Equipping several meeting rooms with a mobile 70-inch collaboration display as a playback and whiteboard system, in conjunction with a permanently installed 85-inch display, transforms the working environment of the meeting rooms. Here, too, we rely on a bring-your-own-device connection via Clickshare, Airserver or wired. This combination makes it possible to share and present content wirelessly, while the mobile display also functions as an interactive whiteboard. This promotes collaboration and significantly increases the efficiency of meetings.
An information display with integrated media control was also installed in the waiting area to provide visitors with relevant content and thus make their waiting time more pleasant.
